Become a Qualified Sholder
Sholder comes from the word Spaceholder™. You’ll begin by learning what it means to “hold space” for someone, utilizing a unique framework supported by five core skills. These skills will be demonstrated and then practiced in 1:1 breakouts or small groups, then discussed and integrated with the broader group before the next concept is presented and practiced.
Following the workshop, you’ll be invited to stay active in the Sholder community to give and receive unlimited therapeutic connection while continuing to develop your new skills with other like minded people.
Upon consistent demonstrated use of Sholdering skills, trained Sholders may become Qualified to receive paid session bookings on sholder.com and earn $30/hr in part-time income.
